Sample AuthorPack The AuthorPack is a group of published authors who’ve pledged to promote each other’s work, along with their own. This is done by simply soliciting for promo material from other authors and compiling them into free packs - appropriately called “AuthorPacks.” Take a look at the sample to the left for a visual of a typical AuthorPack.

AuthorPacks are then distributed freely at book signings, with book shipments, left at doctor’s office and any other place readers may be found. Small retail businesses will often distribute attractively designed AuthorPacks to their customers for you at no charge (customers love freebies)!

FILLERS

Submit your fillers (i.e. bookmarks, business cards, fliers, magnets, pens, etc.) for free distribution in “AuthorPacks” during scheduled shows. Fillers must be folded down to a size that will fit easily into a small Ziploc freezer bag. There is no charge for this service.

DOOR PRIZES

Submit a copy of your book (ex. Cinderella) or an item representative of your book (ex. glass slipper) as a door prize. Coordinators love door prizes and usually give a great verbal “plug” about the author donating it - in addition to displaying it on the “prize” table for all to view. There is no charge for this service.

BOOK DISPLAY & SALE

You may send up to two books for display and sale from our booth during book festivals and related shows. If your book(s) sells, you will be sent all of the money earned via paypal; if your book(s) does not sell, you may either pay the return postage for your book(s) or it can be donated to a library of our choice. We charge a $25 fee per show for this, which is applied toward the often pricey table/space rental. We will be attending:

FINE PRINT

Fillers and books of all kinds are welcome, provided they don’t promote adult, hate or other questionable works, and they are not in direct competition with Kali’s books.
